Turn up the heat on this wonderful dish with a tangy Mandarin Orange Habanero Jelly from Texas Peppy Jelly. 2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
⅓ tsp dry rosemary
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp Mandarin Orange Habanero Jelly
8 chicken thighs (we use chicken breasts)
Warm the jelly to melt. Wisk in the other ingredients. Place the chicken wings in a baking pan. Pour the marinade over then lightly brush to even out with a silicone brush. Let sit 30 minutes. Bake covered at 350ºF until chicken is cooked through about 40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve as desired.
