1/2 cup shredded broccoli slaw
1 tbs mayonnaise
1/2 tbs red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp sugar
1/2 pound ground beef
2 oz mushrooms, stems removed, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbs teriyaki sauce
1/2 tbs chopped ginger
2 pineapple slices, drained
2 slices Muenster cheese
2 hamburger buns

In a bowl, combine slaw, mayo, vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate. In a bowl, combine beef, mushrooms, green onions, teriyaki and ginger. Form into 4 patties, refrigerate 1 hour. *HEAT a grill, coat with cooking spray. Grill pineapple 2 min. per side. Remove to a plate, keep warm. Coat grill with cooking spray. Add burgers, grill 3 min. Turn, place a slice of cheese on 2 of the burgers, grill 2 min. Top cheese covered burgers with remaining burgers. *TO SERVE---Place slaw mixture on each bun bottom, top with double burger, a pineapple slice and top half of bun.
